He oversees the company’s strategic IT organization and is responsible for deploying services and technologies that create competitive advantage for the companies it serves. Prior to founding Meem Health, Max spent 20 years in business and IT leadership roles across both public and private sectors, pioneering the use of analytics and technology to transform product and service delivery. He holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts.

Ali serves as a strategic technology leader and close partner to the CEO, helping drive healthcare innovation, operational modernization, and digital transformation initiatives. With multidisciplinary expertise in Chemical and Civil Engineering, along with advanced studies at Cyprus International University, he brings a systems-driven approach to healthcare technology integration. Ali focuses on implementing practical, scalable solutions that improve reliability, efficiency, and frontline usability while enhancing the experience for both providers and patients.
Ricky Putra serves as Principal Data Scientist and Senior Software Developer at Meem Health, leading the design and development of data-driven platforms, intelligent applications, and advanced analytics solutions. His expertise spans healthcare analytics, software engineering, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data engineering, systems integration, and cloud-native application development.
Farah leads Meem Health’s strategic partnerships, industry relationships, and policy initiatives, helping strengthen collaboration across healthcare, technology, and public-sector stakeholders. She works to identify new opportunities, navigate regulatory landscapes, and build alliances that advance innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
